Overview
Tomatini Day is an annual event celebrating La Petite Maison’s signature cocktail, the Tomatini - a tomato and vodka cocktail celebrated through press events, VIP experiences and influencer marketing.
Working as a waitress within the restaurant, I identified an opportunity to extend the LPM experience beyond the restaurant through collectible merchandise inspired by the cocktail itself.
The Concept
Inspired by customer behaviour, hospitality merchandising trends and my own experience wearing handmade food-inspired jewellery at work, I developed a capsule collection designed to function as wearable extensions of the restaurant experience.
The collection included:
-
Handmade resin earrings
-
Clay jewellery charms & bracelets
-
Illustrated silk scarf concepts
-
Adaptable illustrations for merchandise and print applications

Execution
-
The illustration style was inspired by Jean Cocteau, reflecting the artistic direction already present throughout the restaurant
-
Colour palettes, ingredients and motifs were influenced by Mediterranean cuisine, Riviera culture and signature ingredients used throughout the LPM experience
